Company information

What we do

StartupAdil Ltd is an information technology and software development company operating on a business-to-business basis. It designs and develops bespoke software solutions for European enterprises, with particular expertise in blockchain and distributed ledger technologies, and operates a venture incubation model through which it supports the development and growth of early-stage projects.

Our clients are businesses and other organisations. We do not offer services to consumers.

Regulatory position

The company does not provide any financial services, cryptocurrency services or virtual asset services to third parties.

Our blockchain and distributed ledger work is software engineering delivered to business clients under a development contract. We build systems; we do not operate them on anyone's behalf, and we do not touch anyone else's assets. In particular, we do not:

• operate an exchange or trading platform;
• exchange crypto-assets for funds, or for other crypto-assets;
• hold, custody or administer crypto-assets on behalf of anyone else;
• receive, transmit or execute orders;
• place crypto-assets, or provide transfer services for them;
• provide investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage or payment services of any kind.

Those activities are the crypto-asset services defined by Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation, or MiCA). Because we carry on none of them, we do not hold — and are not required to hold — authorisation as a crypto-asset service provider, and we are not a financial institution under Cyprus or EU law.

Any digital assets held by the company relate exclusively to its own internally developed projects or long-term strategic investments. They are the company's own property, held on its own account. We hold nothing on behalf of clients or third parties.

Venture incubation and equity

Alongside client work, the company supports early-stage projects and may take an interest in projects it assists. Where it does:

• the interest is always a minority equity position;
• it is taken either alongside, or in place of, development fees, and is agreed in writing before work begins;
• it does not give the company control of the project or its assets.

Nothing on this website is an offer of securities, a solicitation of investment, or an invitation to acquire any share, token or other asset — whether in StartupAdil Ltd or in any project it supports. We do not raise money from the public and we do not market investment opportunities.

The content of this website is general information about our services. It is not, and must not be relied upon as, legal, financial, investment, tax or regulatory advice. Technology choices — including whether a distributed ledger is the right answer to a given problem — depend on circumstances we cannot assess from a web page. Take your own professional advice before acting on anything you read here.

Working with us

Nothing on this website forms a contract, and no description of our services here is an offer capable of acceptance. Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, intellectual property, confidentiality, data protection and liability. Where that agreement conflicts with this page, the agreement prevails.

Where an engagement involves us handling personal data on a client's behalf, we act as a processor and the arrangement is governed by data processing terms meeting Article 28 of the GDPR. See our privacy notice for how we handle personal data as a controller.

Terms of use of this website

Acceptable use

By using startupadil.com you agree not to misuse it: no attempting to gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting, no probing or scanning for vulnerabilities without our written permission, no automated harvesting of content or contact details, and nothing that interferes with the site's availability to others.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, layout, code, the StartupAdil name, logo and brand marks — is owned by StartupAdil Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property law. You may view the site and print or save individual pages for your own business purposes. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, adapt or exploit any part of it without our written permission.

The typefaces used on this site are licensed under the SIL Open Font License and remain the property of their respective authors.

Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care over what appears here, but we give no warranty that the site is complete, accurate or current, or that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Links to other websites

Where we link to a site we do not operate, we do so for convenience only. We have no control over its content and accept no responsibility for it. A link is not an endorsement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website — including indirect or consequential loss, and loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill or data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability to the extent it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

This site is built to be usable by as many people as possible: semantic markup, visible keyboard focus, text that reflows and scales, colour contrast checked against WCAG 2.1 AA, and reduced motion honoured for anyone who has asked their system for it. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of the Republic of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction.
